Transport Canada certified to manufacture, modify, assemble, and repair highway tanks
SLEEGERS Engineered Products is certified by Transport Canada to design, engineer and fabricate vessels to container specification TC 331. The company has the capabilities to manufacture, modify, assemble, repair, retest or inspect highway tanks and portable tanks in accordance with CSA B620 latest edition.
We can manufacture highway tanks that are up to 10’ diameter and 80’ long weighing up to 80,000 lbs. Design and engineering is performed using CAD systems including finite element analysis.
SLEEGERS Engineered Products has in-house testing capabilities including Liquid Penetrant Inspection (PT) to CGSB standards, and hydrostatic testing to 3,000 psi. Company approved subcontractors are used for heat treatment, radiography, positive material identification (PMI) and ultrasonic tests.
