SLEEGERS has a wide array of experience in both traditional engineering analysis as well as using FEA, and in service measurement testing. We offer our services for engineering verification, including designing for fabrication. With our creative talents, our customers provide the details of their challenge and we work diligently toward a viable solution.
This larger vessel required very detailed internal blending and surface preparations in order to receive High Build Ruby Red Teflon (a DuPont trade name) coating for corrosion resistance. Additionally, any high-risk wear points had to be fabricated in Monel for additional protection. SLEEGERS collaborated with both the customer and a subcontracted supplier to ensure the effective application of the coating to the final product.
