Service Excellence
Open lines of communication with our customers at the early stages of each project ensure delivery of service excellence. From the engineering level to establish the design, the quality control measures are established and maintained with customer inspectors and third party inspectors, and lastly accounting communications to complete financial transactions.
As with our Authorized Inspector (TSSA), we encourage our customers to place inspection hold points on the fabrications, thus allowing complete customer satisfaction.
A variety and voluminous amount of customer specifications have been and continue to be read, synthesized, and adhered to, throughout the specialized projects and complex contracts.
We work with customers to meet their delivery expectations. Our goals are to provide accurate and achievable delivery dates on all projects.
