SLEEGERS Engineered Products aims to optimize designs and accurately estimate projects to each customer’s specific needs and requirements. Our project management standards include liaison with customers to understand their needs, interpretation of their specifications to accurately communicate their requirements to our shop for fabrication.
Our team is highly knowledgeable and experienced with the requirements of Codes and Standards such as ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 along with all its required subsections, ANSI, CSA-B51, CSA-W59, NBIC-ANSI/NB23 and CSA-B620 as they pertain to our field of work.
ASME and TSSA audits are conducted every three years to confirm such compliance. Many third party validations for the petrochemical, water and steam industries have also been successfully conducted.
We have expertise in the Pressure Piping Code ASME B31.1 and Chemical and Process Piping Code ASME B31.3; storage tanks expertise to API 620 and API 650; CRN registrations throughout Canada for pressure vessels and fittings. And proper selection of welding processes and procedures for each job.
