Customized Pressure Vessels
Our in-house professional engineering experts, along with technical support staff allow us to design and build custom pressure vessels and heat exchangers to a variety of specifications, problem statements, concepts and details.
We service a wide range of industries such as water purification, food, pharmaceutical, power, air and filtration, automotive, petro chemical, process, steel, and mining.
Designs and manufacturing capabilities vary in size up to 13’ dia. x 80’ long with pressures up to 7,000 psig, using a variety of materials considered in our designs such as carbon steel, stainless steel including duplex, aluminum, Monel and Inconel, and Hastelloy.
SLEEGERS Engineered Products can work with unique non-conventional geometries that require innovative solutions to design and fabricate customized solutions.
SLEEGERS Engineered Products strives to accommodate customer requirements from the initial design stages and throughout the fabrication process. SLEEGERS Engineered Products has developed in-house customized tools for solutions not supported by commercial programs. Commercial programs used:
- Auto-Cad and Solid Works for drafting and modeling
- PV-Elite for mechanical design calculations of pressure vessels and heat exchangers
- Algor for FEA
- STX for shell and tube thermal design, rating and evaluation
