SLEEGERS Engineered Products operates a 14,000 square foot fabrication facility.
The facility is a fully equipped custom fabrication shop certified by the TSSA and ASME to perform pressure vessel and custom fabrication. The Third Street facility is fully equipped to handle all sizes and types of pressure vessels up to 13’ diameter and 80,000 lb,. and is staffed by qualified welders and fabrication specialists supported by a team of engineers.
Our in-house professional engineering experts, along with technical support staff allow us to design and build custom pressure vessels and heat exchangers to a variety of specifications, problem statements, concepts and details. Compliance to governing acts, rules, regulations, codes and standards takes highest priority at every level of our business.
Quality Control is consulted at the quotation stage of each project to ensure all requirements can be met prior to agreement to proceed. Our comprehensive Quality Control Manual includes policies and procedures specifically tailored to ensure the highest quality standards are achieved for all projects.
